Lol i dunno bro im not an owner here. But heard cybersquare they giving cheap rental for studio.

Around rm1k-1.2k

Dpulze previously most owner said they rent out rm1.5-1.8k....

As long as they reduce a bit should be able to get tenant

I dun understand how come suddenly Cybersquare's studio become a competitor to D'Pulze 1 bedroom? To Shaftesbury's studio I can understand lah..

Because strategically CyberSq a bit better due to proximity to 24 hrs outlets, a few MNC that is walking distance. Anyway, they are different clientele, I would think D'Pulze higher than CyberSq, which is higher than Shaftsbury and then Hyve. Hence CyberSq probably closest to D'Pulze in my opinion.

The security is so tight now.I can't even get pizza from Domino's delivery to my doorstep. They get stopped at the lobby.

So strict the security? usually food delivery is allow by security.. maybe some cases happen? So for the sake of security, its actually good for the tenant... unless you prefer anybody to access your premise...
