well after discussion with my current officers, we felt the need to re-select officers. so i will de-promote 2, and will open 2 officer rank for people who is from m'sia due to majority in the current ls are from m'sia. we will increase officer rank in future when ls grow up to 40-50 members.

players in lowyat who is currently in Afterlife LS, let me know if anyone is interest in officer rank. this apply to people who previously lead a ls/guild or being officer before in any mmo.

i will take this post very seriously. being officer must always put your members in front before you, sharing knowledge, helping out, assist ls leader in every major raid events. solving dispute btw members privately. the most important one, must be mature enough to handle in every situation you face.

all i can say, how much effort you put, i will make sure how many return to you. currently we still don't know the reward program for dedicated officers but this will implant in future. if you're not doing good job, getting alot of complaints and after investigation, will get de-promote if whole ls agree.

in-future.. after a period of times, when members increase, candidates officers rank need to be vote out by all ls members.

Well, what you said indeed very right, assist the raid is an easy task but sorting out the drama inside the guild is a pain experience.

Any updates from our LYN sellers?? Since the game is already at stores waiting to sell, I assume the shipping date might be earlier than it should. I sent a message to one of the sellers but he didn't reply for few days now, a bit worried here.

anyone using gtx 460 here? hw much the gpu load while running in 1080p? mine only around 60% i wonder if it's my cpu (C2D E4600) that bottleneck the GPU or .... the PSU i use is underpower..

Officer huh? Sounds interesting, but I lack of know-how in FFXIV. Still in learning progress. But, event planning is fun for me, counseling too

Both of my GTX460s showing maximum load at certain areas while running the game in Full HD. E4600 may have bottleneck your GPU performance . Time for an upgrade

Plan to grab a Phenom II 965 or 1055.. then a SLI mobo, and a better PSU.
Wonder if the 6cores 1055 able to make notifiable difference compare to 965 in gaming? =x

In gaming, both proc differences are almost negligible. If your into gaming only, better save up the bucks and opt to 965 and invest the rest to other hardwares e.g mobo or PSU.

Is a payment gateway system, and FFXI payment system is only using Credit Cards.
