Does maxis throttle download of torrents and files? thier fair usage policy states that everything will be cut if detected heavy usage..

To subscribe, I guess you can go:
http://www.maxis.com.my/home/subscribe.asp

Or walk into the nearest Maxis Centre

Or dial 123 from your maxis mobile.

You need to check if you have unifi/fibre enabled for your home though. But 10mbps is a heck of a lot. Really tempted myself.

100GB per month isit enough for downloading movies and games?
what does it meant by "unlimited quota extended until further notice"?
what is the speed if quota exceeded 100GB per month?

They said No quota cap until further notice and even if they did, they will only throttle the speed

Only if you really need the big boost in speed.

Let's just say you save RM30 every month by going with Maxis, you can cover the RM500 in about 16 to 17 months.
