Have you try pressing both power + home button together? Hold for more than 30 seconds see whether has any effect or not.

Did I ask you to download? I stated clearly can be download @ that link. Now dont push everything to me as you are too computer illiterate till not owning a software called anti virus exist.

Points to defending myself:
1) Assuming this bugger to use Windows, thats why I provide a Windows link instead of Mac OS's link
2) I'm using Mac, unable to test (This was my mistake I admit but an innocent one )
