Please read the manual that comes with the iPhone. It's given to you for a reason and for you to understand the functions of the iPhone. Even Maxis and Digi provide a guide book stating where the speaker and mic is.

This is the dopiest thing that ppl can answer when they don't do a proper research or have no idea whatsoever what they ar answering. It's not the question that's wrong, it's the person who answer..he deserve massive facepalm..

Q: will upgrading IOS 4.0.2 to 4.1 clear all my data on the phone?

I noticed the iPhone 4 (not sure about the 3GS) rattles when you knock or tap on the back part of the phone (near to the camera). Try to hold the phone on the bottom near the home button area in one hand, and tap the the phone against your knuckle or finger on your other hand in the camera area. It rattles.

Anyone else noticed that?

hmm yea, actually i've been using for quite some time but I start to noticed that after reading some post on the internet, i don't think its a problem, just that the sound makes us uncomfortable knowing the fact that the camera part is loose (due to something, which I'm not too sure what it is)...

Hmm I seems to have some issue with my newly purchased iP4:

1) There seems to be some wavy effect when using the camera (photo & video). But dissapears after some time. (I need to power off then power on again for the carrier to be detected back..)

2) The signal will suddenly drop to 1 car (no carrier text) when leaving the phone idle for about > 3 minutes.

Is it weird for having such issue?

You can't restore to other firmware as Apple is only signing 4.0.2 atm.

the iPhone will disconnect from the wifi automatically after some time (provided it is on 'sleep' mode).
