Hey I can't seem to transfer my contacts, sms, notes etc manually(Going through files) because mine is not JB. And I guess I can't at the moment, I'm on 4.0.2.
Is there any other way? Or is there any alternative way to enter my phone's files?

If call/sms you can last for Max 4 hours then is abnormal. Normally can last for at least 8 hours or more provided no hardcore games.

If your 3gs is still under warranty, send it back and hopefully you are able to claim warranty. If no then you have find repairman to do it for you.

Dont think there is any other way.

I m using 3gs 16 gb . When i use safari to surf the net, sometimes the browser will close automatically and it will go bck to the home page.

Obtw, using latest firmware and it has been happening since os4 was downloaded.

I'm using itunes 9 , iphone jailbroken , still canot sync.. itunes wrote erm sync complete but i check my iphone its still empty ! ><

I accidently restore my iphone 3g 16gb yesterday..but after i restore back everything , i just found out its onli emergentcy screen there..and myconnected itunes Just only showing :

" THE SIM CARD INSERT IN THIS IPHONE does not APPEAR TO BE SUPPORTED"

Clearly yours is a locked set. You will need to find unlock tools via online and learn how to unlock it back.

I'm having this problem too...IPhone 4 with OS4.1....dropped calls for celcom within 5 seconds. Any idea?

hello there , i'm celcom postpaid also . .to answer your question is go to celcom centre and change a new sim card cause it work for me .
i having a same problem like this before . call drop in few second . after change , it work fine for me. Hope it help .

Just noticed 2 small hairline cracks on my white 3GS near the headphone jack and the docking area.
Did some googling and it appears it is quite common for the white model.

I've never drop the phone. I used BG on my baby since day 1.

Can I get it replaced since it is still under warranty?

BTW, it is a SG set.

i experienced the same thing as you. I went to maxis and asked for warranty. They refused to change or fix it for me coz they claimed that the crack doesnt affect the functionality of the phone. I guess its pure bad luck for us then =(

Darn.. but that's Maxis. My phone is from M1 SG.
I see from the US forums, they can get their phones replaced with little or no questions asked cause apparently it is a known issue.

Just give it a try. There is every chance you will get a replacement unit albeit a refurbished set.

i faced this problems since 3 days,when i making call,it will auto called end ,talk time not more than 5 sec
then i make call again,its shown"call failed"

every time I try to make an outgoing call I get the message call ended and call failed.
I have used the phone for just about a month now and it happened suddently to days ago.

You can upgrade to OS4.1 for the 3G... It will be better compared to 4.0.1 or 4.0.2... 4.1 has been told that already fix the 3G lag issue. Not too much of an improvement but at least its usable compared to last time.
