Mine no Grip of Death but signal bar does drops a little only if i wrap my palm over the entire left side, which isn't anyone's style IMO. despite so, there wasnt any calls disruption whatsoever. It's a Sg set btw

Kindly refer to Apple website and the iPhone manual.

Refer to this thread as well: https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/868281

@stringfellow

Hahahha.. I told you so right? Most new owners of iPhone won't read the iPhone manual hence this kinda questions keep poppin up. I bet there will be more new users asking this question over n over n over n over again.

Apple website already have pictures on where the mic n speaker is and yet we see many asking this question again..hahahaha..

Won't go wrong if every iPhone users read this: http://www.apple.com/iphone/specs.html

that depends on what kind of signal problem you are talking about. Drop calls...no. Signal attenuation, slightly but not until no service.

If this has already been answered, I give my most sincere apologies..

Does Anyone know how to get sms delivery reports on the iphone 4? without jailbreaking? This sucks.. I could get it even on my crappy old nokia set.. but the new iphone or the previous one does not have this feature..

If anyone knows, that'd be great.. I've looked around on google and a couple of iphone / apple sites as well.. no luck..

wont slow it down by that much, but it will drain your power, especially apps like Skype that require continuous refreshing.. best to kill it, once your done with it.. no point keeping it there..

the black out detector when calling seems not so sensitive.
i often accidentally muted/ hold the call becoz my cheek touches it. and once talking on the phone for sometime... it's making 2nd call .. due to the face touches and start scrolling to address book and start making calls.. does it mean the detector is not working at all?

anyone having this problem?

Your proximity sensor seems to be not functioning well. I read on Apple Discussion forums got a whole bunch of ppl having this problem.

However the site is now down - can't get you the link.

Upgraded to iOS 4.1 on my iPhone 3Gs. A few of my MMS photos are missing from my SMS.

Anybody facing similar problem?

The proximity sensor suppose to be fixed on iOS 4.1.... Are you using 4.1 or lower? If lower then upgrade it as it is already a known issue.

What is the best way to backup my iphone contacts? I tried all 3 available ways in itunes, all suck

Google shrinks my contact photo to 100*100
Yahoo only backup 1 mobile number and no other info
Windows contacts backup everything, but like yahoo can only back up 1 mobile number.
