QUOTE(deepan84 @ Sep 14 2010, 12:00 PM) dats y apple came out wit OS4.1 to overcome this prox. sensor thingy.. mayb u can update ur iphone n tel us if u stil have any problems with the prox.sensor.. IOS 4.1 doesnt fix the problem..Arghh, never had this problem with my Iphone 3g & 3gs QUOTE(bluswhitehat @ Sep 14 2010, 12:08 PM) iOS 4.1 does not solve the proxy sensor issues. I have this problem too - but lucky for me, my natural style of holding the phone keeps the proxy sensor in a sweet spot which does not turn the screen suddenly ON it happens to me maybe 1 out of 10 calls which is a lot in my opinion. It makes me look really stupid
