the black out detector when calling seems not so sensitive. i often accidentally muted/ hold the call becoz my cheek touches it. and once talking on the phone for sometime... it's making 2nd call .. due to the face touches and start scrolling to address book and start making calls.. does it mean the detector is not working at all?
anyone having this problem?

QUOTE(tarvalslain87 @ Sep 13 2010, 08:30 PM) The proximity sensor suppose to be fixed on iOS 4.1.... Are you using 4.1 or lower? If lower then upgrade it as it is already a known issue. but mine seems to be worsen after upgrade to 4.1. shall i restore again? This post has been edited by marogal: Sep 13 2010, 09:59 PM

QUOTE(bluswhitehat @ Sep 14 2010, 12:08 PM) iOS 4.1 does not solve the proxy sensor issues. I have this problem too - but lucky for me, my natural style of holding the phone keeps the proxy sensor in a sweet spot which does not turn the screen suddenly ON any chance to teach me how is ur ''natural style of holding the phone''?? thx
