how exactly do I get Fcam to work? sorry for being really noob cause Maemo is somewhat new to me and totally different from Symbian which I have been using for ages

Dun worry give it a week or two u will realize the difference why N8 can never replace N900 in certain prespective.

Connect to 3G or WiFi
Go to Application Manager(assuming you've enabled the 3 repos)
Tap "Download"
Refreshing repos could take sometime.
After the applications list comes out,search for "fcamera" & download it.

Latest update: my 8 year old sis just know how to use n900 to game (as in from desktop into menu into apps n select game) all by herself which i nvr taught her b4. lol. duno y certain ppl said n900 is complicated n not user friendly. no offence k

hmm. this phone nvr failed me for almost 6 months. onli problem i encounter is (i believed someone out there mention b4) when someone call me n i take out from my pocket n accidentally pressed rejected button. perhaps its the cons of touch screen phones.
