HD7&DHD completely different platform very hard to compare its all depend on user preferences if you like to customize tweaking your devices performance then DHD is your best option. do comparison yourselft before getting the HD7 as there's certain group of user felt disappointed with the current WP7 lacking feature but i do believe in near future WindowsPhones7 will surpasses android.

I want to ask, how can I sync my HD7 to my PC ( Vista OS)? I plug it in my PC, but it says :

"Windows found driver software for your device but encountered an error while attempting to install it.

The resource loader cache doesn't have loaded MUI entry.

If you know the manufacturer of your device, you can visit its website and check the support section for driver software"

Does anybody have the same experience like me?

use force method to get NoDo update. now you can remain unlock after NoDo update, just search around xda.

have you install zune on your pc?? try installing Zune might solve the problem.

The error happens a lot using Vista, and not limited to just Zune software. Try disabling UAC and reboot before connecting the device to your computer.

Is there any other method? I checked the Chevron7 site and they say the hack that enables Chev would be closed by the next update.

Now i only need some one to help me unlock or jailbreak my phone for installing the custom ringtones. I have google the jailbreak system and i have tried 4 days 4 night since i buy this phone on Sunday always fail cant even break through my phone to jailbreak it. the reason you cant jailbreak because your HD7 rom is latest 7390 NoDo Rom, to jailbreak you must either have 7008/7004.
some xda guys claim can restoring back to 7008 using zune restore or flashing back 7008 rom.


better use Win7.

wifi sleep while standby i think the purpose is to save battery consumption.
also, you guy should try Momax cases included screen protector RM88 with momax case all button are now more easier to press.

hey guys.issit worthy to get htc hd7 with price of rm 1.4k? i love the old window mobile 6 which support tons of software, customize with rom, spb software. this one still as good as the old one? ( saw the vid review, wat ghosting effect, poor camera.@@ but really smooth interface. can someone comment?)

its not as good as the old one in terms of features iinm .
