I thought the knew the recommended amount stated in the booklet is 3.75 liter ?
I heard from some people that usually service center they dun buy per bottle they usually buy in a whole barrel and use a machine and pump
into the engine ? is it true ?

i ask Serdang SC not to pour all the oil.. they didn't pour all...but i forgot to take back...next must take back

maybe u can try check the dip stick... how much over it is ? if alot....perhaps u might wanna go back there again ask them to drain out some of it. Mine over alot!!! had to go back the next day asked them to remove it ( no queue this time .. immediately they took my car in...categorized as emergency ....hahaha)

er how to consider is over over ? mine i tested a few times is above the max line about extra 1cm+

1cm++ ....both after engine cool for a long time and just right after stop engine? maybe u should drain out... if u have the time to go back to the service center
call them and tell them ur problem...(read some website.. it's not good for your engine and fuel consumption if over)
mine .. over nearly 3 or 4 cm ... scary alot.. when i told them , they also got a shock asked me come back..haha

during my 1st service at Serdang SC, i ask the worker dont pour all 4L, the worker replied me and saying it need 4L for Campro engine. At the end, i let them pour 4L into engine.

er just after 10-15 min after I off the car, open the hood and let it cool off . I'll check tomorrow morning when its cool

Today my 3 weeks old PE horn suddenly no sound. Also alarm no sound, but lights blinking when panic button is pressed. Any ideas?

wanna to ask u all..did u all hear the wind sound went u reach 100 -120??cuz i hear it..izit normal..??

light and medium scratches could be remove using polish but deep ones u need to use touch up paint ..
wind sound u can hear abit between 100-120 but once above that , its very loud

any1 can clarify is it next 5k service or 5k+1K=6k ?

go in ur car .. look to the top (top right to be precise )
it is stated when if ur next service (unless they forget to stick it there )
1k +5k ....... gonna have mine done..... in a few weeks time... 5.5k already ..hehe

Yes there is , next is 6109KM which make me confuse
oh cause i thought 5k is 4K + 1K(1st service)

basically he's saying that the engine oil leaking because of the washer not thick enough.
the engine oil will leak and eventually make our engine bay dirty..

- in fact anywhere between the low and max line is absolutely fine. anything above the max line is NOT. There is a reason why the max line is there. It is not to be overshot by 1cm or even 1mm. Max line means max. Never exceed it. in fact i prefer my engine to be half filled rather than max filled. why? much lighter engine.... really makes a lot of difference.

For over 10 years driving owning couple cars and driving few others.... i always have problems with workshop mechs OVERFILLING the engine oil. It goes from bawah pokok mechs till the soo called "pros" in Service Centres.

My ex MyVi....... always overfilled. Screw them all the time.

Now my Persona. Same thing. Some more telling me in the face that CAMPRO NEEDS 4L of engine oil SHIT?!

Last service i went it goes like this:-

Mech: draining the oil...

Me: eh, later dun pour all the 4L oil into the engine. Leave out some.... *me showing how much to leave out

Mech: Oh okay.

Me: Observing....

Mech: Time for refilling...and started pouring the oil

Me: Eh remember ah dun overfill. Just leave this much out....*me showing it again how much to leave out by hand

Mech: But Campro engines need all 4L engine oil.....continues pouring......

Me: eh please.... dun gimme that nonsense ok.... who said? It is always OVERFILLED. That i have to go to the trouble of getting it drained the next morning.

Mech: Mb u bought the 5L pack?

Me: Look.... Campro does not need 4L of engine oil OKAY. It is stated in the book and the last time one of u did that it caused me having to drain it out the next day. And it was way over the max line on the dip stick when checked early morning.

Mech: Ok ok.... puts down the bottle.... check dipstick.... noticed that its not max level yet.

Me: Its ok... i will refill it later if not enough. I know what i am doing.

Mech: Checks again and started engine letting it idle for while before shut down. Rechecks the level....

Me: Keeping a sharp eye....

Mech: Reaches the bottle again.... and started to pour....

Me: eh enough i said.... (after shown the level on the dipstick)....

Mech: not enough later ur engine jam.......continues pouring.....

Me: Look man, i said enough is enough ok! ENOUGH!!!!!!! *me snatching the bottle away from him

Mech: Ok ok.... then finish up everything else before passing the keys to me........

What a f***ing idiot....... CAMPRO needs whole bottle of 4 liters of engine oil BULLSHIT.

Wow that must have been a really stupid mech.. This is the prob when too many unqualified mechs around.. They dont know the pros and cons of changing a part in a car.. Maybe next time if u were to bring ur own engine oil u can empty out 200-300ml of it into another bottle before giving it to the mech. At least this would prevent a similar error from occuring.

Any user persona already reached 50k km here got vibration at stereng n pedal when u rev to 3k rpm?firstly i thought tires out of balancing,then i stop my car n rev the engine to 3k then the vibrate come.anyone knows why?

Just checked with the dipstick , I think the engine oil level is ok agam agam with the max line
