Of course can. You can transfer to any in-house accounts or other banks' (inter-bank) accounts. The inter-bank fund transfer is subject to transaction fee.

I use BCB E-Channel to check my balance only, never did any transaction before.

But the most frequent one I use is RHB Online Banking. Never had any problem before. Transfering from RHB to Public takes few days, I think 1 or 2 days? Can't remember. But from Public to RHB wuah so slow. But if same bank then same day. Very fast. Did online reload for hotlink, celcom and digi before. Very gewd. Paid bills online. No problem. I'll continue using it yay! biggrin.gif

I use RHB online banking for few years oledi. Ogie, first, u have to set your pin at the ATM first. There's a button for online banking. After that, go online to the RHB Online Banking webbie, and click "First Time User" and key in some info.

Once you finish with dat, you click "Sign On" and key-in login name and password. Then you're gewd to go. Check balance, reload, pay bills, transfer money etc.

There's help under "Learn More" link or the "Demo"

Hope that answer ur Q biggrin.gif

Some banks offer a lower rate at RM1 and some offers free several (three or five) transfers. It depends on the particular bank itself.

If depends ... some banks need ATM card to get the first time login. Some needs ATM card to register your mobile phone number or to get TAC.
