Because those staffs will request you to go to the machines to do your business unless it is not performable at those machines.

How come I missed such an important announcement ... sleep.gif

When we do a fund transfer to other accounts, it requires an answer to secret questions. Is this still a need after the implementation of TAC?

( i mean like i use the maybank2u and transfer the money direct to HLB or etc )

Directly? Means clear on the spot?

I think it needs at least several days for clearance and you'll be charged RM2 for each inter-bank fund transfer.

Online banking la.Not normal banking.

Maybank has really good online services now.Only thing is that its hard to track down transactions as not much infomations are given.
