SA claims that this Mall will totally change the conventional mindset of a regional mall would be
Facade - beats MV hands down
Inside -beats MV hands down

As I said, MV got to watch out for this immediate competitor

When ask bout WCT OUG Mall,
SA "We are different class, dun compare"

You dun forget, when BJ grows, area like MK also grows, look at Matrade Centre, it will bring MK to another level, not easy to match / chase
MV also the same, MRT and Setia Eco City will boost the Mall for greater crowd
One thing kenot be denied for sure, in the next 10 yrs, BJ is relatively growing at a faster speed than the rest

It is called Pavillion Bukit Jalil, P2 definitely can't compared to Paviliion BJ. P2 too small.
Pavillion Bukit Jalil is definitely larger than Pavillion II in PBD, based on my calculation, Pavillion II is the smallest among all
Pavillion Bukit Jalil - 2.1 mil (l/a 15 acres nett)
Pavillion KL - 1.4 mil (l/a 6.5 acres)
Pavillion II (PBD) - 900K (l/a 4.8 acres nett)

I hv seen the artist drawing of Pavillion BJ, it is the most futuristic mall I ever seen in M'sia.

In terms of total land area, Jalil city whole development is about 3.5X of Malton entire PBD development, with expected 8 Bil GDV (BJ) vs 2/3 Bil GDV (PBD)

Pavillion 2 will probably built on the open car park area measuring bout 6.5 acres land in Pusat Bdr Damsnsara.
The size of mall is bout like Paradigm LDP (700K nett lettable area) due to restricted in land size, the P2 is only in small scale.
Another plot of land which is adjacent to it is 9.58 acres which will be mix development.
Nothing great bout Pavillion 2. In KV, Mall size does matter (min requirement), management quality is equally important
