Malton priced it at 4.2m and hh was 2.8m all b4 discount. If u look at surrounding say sri petaling the 3 storey witout lift is trading at 3.85m ... n these r leasehold, without lift n no car park underneath. .. so the price of 4.2m is fair to me. Hence aurora is really a value buy !
HH 3-S seems worth buying but I dun like, reason are
- No lift
- No frontage
HH 5-S seems worth buying too but I dun like, reasons is
- elevated from ground, 4-5 Storey car parking levels underneath the building, it is really a BIG disadvantage
If really want to compare, I would take HH 4-S vs Malton 3-S
Obviously HH 4-S has little advantage over Malton shop based on selling price
HH - 530/sf
Malton - 850/s
Whoever bought 4-S is a clear winner of all, followed by Malton 3-S, HH 5-S and HH 3-S
Reasons buying Malton shop:-
1. Better design especially back yard
2. Developer
3. More strategic, surrounded by Mall, Hotel, Ser Apt
