When is Ho Hup launching their condos ?

Last year delay until now.

dont look like a "mega" project

Look up on "Ho Hup" and "Bukit Jalil" in, say Google before making your purchase decisions. Never regret later if you have decided in wherever you have decided to put-in your hard-earned money.

i think recently Ho Hup has pulled in Malton to co-develop but unfortunately it has now become a legal case as Ho Hup is suing Malton....

Sounded serious....

I prefer development with BIG enough mall with minimum 200 retails, anchor tenant like Jaya Jusco, hypermarket and cinema and at least one million sqft.

Ho Hup really bad management. Last year say launch this year ,,,until now not launched.

i think they will do well if they have a mall with cinema. sri petaling and bukit jalil dont have cinema currently.

i will buy bukit jalil old condo if this happen

i am staying in sri petaling now, still waiting for a cinema or decent lifestyle mall to come up nearby OUG plaza and endah parade are lame

It's better to invest now rather than you wait till the shopping mall is there. The price will be totally different. I have a friend bought Mutiara Damansara house for 400k before the shopping malls are there.

not sure if this project will stick to time line and what the final product will be.

the battle in ho hup board room is not over yet. with magna prima boss coming in... very big issue there.

ho hup has the best opportunity to make good money due to its large bank of land.

unfortunately, too much chinaman management.

risk vs cost, invest now, cheaper but what if the project not running well? invest later and price will go up if the project run smooth.

Anyone knows Ho Hup capability and project references?
