i think they will do well if they have a mall with cinema. sri petaling and bukit jalil dont have cinema currently.

i am staying in sri petaling now, still waiting for a cinema or decent lifestyle mall to come up nearby laugh.gif OUG plaza and endah parade are lame rolleyes.gif

worst case become like talam projects. best case Ho Hup spring back to life with the success of this project. if i remember correctly they got a lot of money from selling some of their land to magna for the land swap of Lai Meng school land in ampang?
