BTW, have you ever used any Nokia phone with FM transmitter?
I would to double confirm this rare thing that happens with it. When you leave it on the dashboard with a phone holder, it will buzz... hold it firmly in your hand, quality quite acceptable and buzz is gone...

Thanks for all your feedback, we truly value what you guys say.
We’ve been closely monitoring the N8 Thread on Lowyat.net and realised that there are some questions raised about the Rangers programme. We also read the posts with questions about the recent blogger preview Nokia had for the Nokia N8. Let us try to answer that question first:
Nokia’s been engaging bloggers since 2007 and we’ve quite regularly had previews for those bloggers who’ve expressed interest in our products. From our perspective, we want to help people who are interested in these products get access to information and our time so they can understand our products better, and we can have a conversation with them. So, rather than having these bloggers rely on foreign blogs and other third-party information, we created this programme so they could talk directly to us. There is no obligation to write whether positive or negative. We just provide them the opportunity and it’s up to those bloggers who’ve attended to make what they want out of it.
Now, this is similar to the Rangers programme we’re experimenting with. We’d like to create opportunities for you to talk to us, and we’re glad some of you are already emailing us and we’re happy to respond. Note, that these are two separate programmes run by separate teams, so not every opportunity will be the same. Rest assured, the Nokia N8 session is still happening. Why we’ve not been able to announce the date is because we want it to be as soon as possible, but there are factors like when the shipment of devices arrive and are ready. Note, our intention is to provide each of you with a final, retail product (not a prototype). We could have set a later date when we were safely assured that the product would be in. But we are waiting so we can set a date as quickly as possible to give you the chance to be the among the absolute first to try the final product out.
That said, we see the Nokia Rangers programme evolving into a long-term engagement programme where there will be plenty of opportunities for the Rangers to access and experience what Nokia has to offer.

Maybe in KL. If free N8, just hope the date doesn't fall on Mon-Thursday, coz I got class >.>
honestly..got class also i skip..this one is major event man...how can class be more important then this?
strange...try reply the PM here for her as well stating your email and you have emailed something to her...i think we all confirmed thru PM here first de
1. Why Nokia still reluctant to change the way user communicate with the phone?
2. What are the significant improvement from S60V5 other than UI?
3. Is Symbian 3 just a stepping stone to Symbian 4? Would Symbian 3 get upgraded to Symbian 4?
4. Should we be expecting Symbian 4 or Meego for higher end device next year?
for question 3, actually smashpOp asked that question, it's in his site, but he says that the nokia representative did not comment on that...and as for question 4, i think most likely you'll get something like 'we are still currently working on the meego device and will try to get it out Q4 this year..as for symbian 4, we will wait until the OS is complete'..cuz u know, timeline only mah, can simple say one
What I really wanted to try is Maemo honestly. Maemo have a bigger window to explore compared to Symbian right now. It might be a little more power hungry.
well...yes, but like i mentioned earlier, the way n900 is marketing and the way Nokia supports users for modding and stuffs are more like they want hardcore people to test them out, point out the issue and even mod it...more like a 'test water' product

Relax la.. even reviewers sell their unit.. I bought one 7710 for 1/2 of the market price before. Whats the big deal...
People always move on.. I would be darn interested to sign up for their upcoming Meego device. I was wondering if I miss this, would I be blacklisted?
actually i kinda interested in maemo and meego as well..i dare not say anything about meego, as i don know anything about it..but Maeomo actually has the potential higher then Symbian...sometimes i really hoped that nokia didnt sell N900 as market tester phone and went on with Meego..instead, replace all symbian high ends with Maemo...
Flash Lite 4 is also flash but not interesting lor. My phone also got it, just can watch youtube and ads nia. Most games cant play. Flash 10 at least FB games can play but Nokia dont seem bias on internet also... more into entertainment. But showing us web tv on TV3 etc? Thanks you lor but who still watch TV3 nowadays?
err...TV3 no, 8TV yes
it's catch up TV, basically replay of the programs that are being aired already.
yeah flashlite 4 is not that interesting, but it beats not having flash at all
