QUOTE(ezinger @ Mar 27 2008, 04:02 PM) 334 isn't your fsb wall. i've used a DS3R before and i've used 450 fsb. what you should do is, change your fsb to 400 and lower the multiplier to the same clock as the 333 wow, 450 fsb on E4400, so d*mn good. someone has told me, some of proc can run till 333, but canno boot up in the range of 334 - 400. so he suggest me to run 401 fsb, but it also cannot la. many of my friends told me my mobo got problemos.. my bios is already updated dude..that is my real temp .. actually a bit lower than that.
Added on March 29, 2008, 4:28 amraymond this board has hell of a lot of droop even thought the vdroop is enabled
around 0.02v-0.03v on c2d. should be worse for quaddies.

hmm more like terbalik use occt u will see the droop
on cpuz and others too fast to notice..
hey btw is that nb voltage neccesarry
in the past with maximus i found out higher fsb termination means higher NB but higher PLL voltage means lower NB..
so usually try to find a balance with the 3. seems to apply on this mobo.. but it was on the same proc.
sishh they didnt solve the usb issue.. still got

QUOTE(IcEMoCHa @ Mar 29 2008, 06:06 PM) whats the diff between xeon and c2d?.... whats the price difference?... For the new Xeons, they are somewhat identical to our E8200/E8400 In the US where some of them couldn't get the E8400, they went for the Xeon and it overclocks just as well.
