same! but mine full bars, 5 bars, HSPA! but speed around 220kbps and below. feel like celcom is limiting my speed. haven't reach the volume limit yet.
called on their customer service hotline. said let them get 3 working days. no reply. =\

can't do. coz i'm staying at hostel. so wireless broadband is the only available option for me. and what's more, coverage. celcom, maxis & umobile ( some area i think ) . those are my options.
=(
is either every sem. break i go home & download everything that i need before going back here, or just buy 'cheap' cd's.

Help! i'm confused about my wireless broadband bills payment.
celcom just send me "message" tru my Celcom Broadband Manager. It said my bill amounting RM 123.95 will be due in about 5 days.
I'm confused~ I bought it for RM 100 , 1st-time registration including the first month payment.
why do i need to pay RM 123.95 ?

first celcom bill is like this :
first 7 days = free day 8 to billing date = prorata next month bill = rm stamp duty = rm10 one time itemised billing = printed billing = total = RM 123.95
next month bill is package subscribe + itemised billing + printed billing = jumlah perlu dibayar
