keep getting low speed than the usual Mbps these past few days.
maybe becoz around 11pm++ the speed is like that?....

Set to 'GPRS only' then only can connect, to Celcom EDGE. zzzzzzzzzzz

wierd, mine says HSPA but sometimes won't budge... the download speed.

how did you know they're upgrading their KL Server?
is was nice. anyway.

I want my 3.2Mbps back~ Sweeeety please~~~

btw, my friends decided to buy celcom wireless broadband. but i insist him to buy 3g router. so we can share and save monthly payments as well.

but i need to know hw much will the speed affected?
we're sharing 3 - 4 people in this room. ( mainly will be 3 people, i think)

i want to know if the internet going to be slow because of alot of people sharing the internet, might as well let them buy their own broadband.
the volume capacity doesn't bother us, we can just buy another 5GB. cheaper rather than each buy their own celcom.

what's your opinion?

For light surfing, it's ok. Else, better stay away from Celcom mobile broadband.

awww man~
when is this problem going to be back to normal?
it's been 4 straight days~

i can't bear with this...

any celcom guy got any clue when this gonna be fix?


EDIT :
Called their customer service. Honestly, proud to say their customer is =)) . But must they all pass our problem to their other colleagus? Making me to wait alot of times while listening to their ads. Called customer service , then passed to Wireless Broadband staff, then passed to Postpaid staff.

They never say anything about their KL Server system or whatsoever.
They were surprised about this type of problem. So what really happen here?
And they can't determine the solution of the problem they said my problem is going to be reported ASAP ( "right now", they said it.)
Is a top priority case. So they will called me back later to investigate/fix/etc... more.


What do you guys think?

If wanna terminate my celcom bb, i need to pay any termination fee??

im using this siput bb about 5 month only, when register this, the seller say that there is no contract..

Hi,
your pacakge is without modem or free modem?
if without modem, no contract
free modem, you need to return the modem to celcom in good condition when terminate your bb

oo, mine wif free modem.. but if i send back other type of celcom broadband can?? mine already change wif my sister's modem..now, she in sarawak edy..

Can terminate at normal celcom shop where can pay bb bill?? @ i need to go to main centre??

Sori, i live in village area, so need to know 1st b4 go to town. blush.gif

you need to terminate at celcom center...
can call celcom at 1300 111 000

i paid my bill late for last month's bill.now im suffering from capped speed.anybody know when usually they uncapped the speed if we paid the bill late?

i dunno.my billing date is on 13th every month.but since yesterday morning my speed was slow.


Added on February 15, 2011, 5:20 pmah.the speed is back.nice to have speedy internet back. smile.gif

I don't think so.. AFAIK, there's no such thing as 'late pay bill, get slow speed'. sweat.gif

Maybe it's caused by network congestion sweat.gif
