QUOTE(xshiro @ Aug 19 2010, 03:57 PM) my frend had an accident with his saga se, 1 week its done...it depends on the insurance and which workshop you are sending ur car...the agent is incompentent i would say...good luck By right, less than a month should get the car back. In my brother's case, insurance company had issued the claim. The problem is at proton's side. That agent is really incompentent and irresposible. Even my brother buzz him few times, he didnt bother to reply sms/ mail.

QUOTE(aidlover @ Aug 19 2010, 02:22 PM) guys, anyone here DIY installation of sound system? how you slip a wire thru to the door panel ah? I know how to do but don't know how to describe...simple say, the tools u need is chopstick or thin stick, open the plastic kick panel and look at it, then use your creativity to slip a wire thru. (hints, stamp ur wire temporary to the 'head' of chopstick, then u know lo)...

QUOTE(aidlover @ Aug 19 2010, 04:19 PM) wah use chopstick sumore ah.. hmm.. wait i go experiment this few days.. nola, some thin and hard stick is enuf adi, because there are few wires inside the narrow rubber seal, so the hard stick + wire is easy to go through without stuck inside, the principle is same as sewing, stick=needle, wire=thread, do you get it?

work_tgr if u choose perodua because of proton's service, then it will be very lame. u guarantee perodua not being the same like them? if u got the claim already, why bother go back proton? ask aladin or "i dono what name" accident claiming garage to get ur car out from them and get fixed outside la. insist ori parts or GG.

You have to take out A-pillar plastic cover before you can insert the wire. Before you open the cover, you need to pull out the rubber frame at the door frame (just pull out the part that cover the A-pillar plastic cover), after pull out the rubber, u will know what to do.

QUOTE(enCORe @ Aug 19 2010, 12:59 PM) timing belt replacement still long to go some say 40k officially 80k, which filter ? Timing belt can last for 100,000km but recommend to change every 80,000km cause reason of traffic jam, car warm up and your engine is still running. QUOTE(xshiro @ Aug 19 2010, 01:44 PM) anneysays, my gf just bought a viva elite (more expensive than my saga blm m-line )...seriously...no power...door is so thin...and the car is so light..space is limited...saga blm is definitly more solid and if safety is important...why not a saga...better package.. Because viva is Daihatsu engine and our BLM is Proton engine.
