I've done only the front one, the back one have not done i dont think ill be planning to do it for the anti roller bar. Well i've given up the Proton SC so for the service schedule time i follow the workshop mechanic recommendation. 7k the oil already damn black i think shouldn't risk going for 10k leh. Previously use 10-40w shell now went back to 15-50w penzoil. Cheaper by 30 bucks and i cant feel the difference after all.

Anyone checked if their BLM front bonnet can close properly? As in lesser gap between the front grill and the bonnet.

I noticed mine having very large gap when compared to other BLMs.. please share

not accurate though, i did dry my car up once, just this once....only got 100km out of it after it lights up. So to play safe now I pump after i hit the 80km mark after light is on (but appalled as everytime i only get 28-31 L in....)

LOL! luckily i dried on a late night....not much traffic....and i got to coast into a emergency lane....so still consider ok la.... but if i dry in the middle of let's say....LDP during rush hour, i think i'll run and hide in a ditch somewhere (after removing number plates)

no petrol ain't no batt....lights still work at least double signal does.... at least i wanna know what's the max mileage i can get for 1 full tank.... might come in handy someday

Owh! just some update after installing the open pod, well performance wise can really see the pickup and engine does not roar that much anymore, but after 3 tank of petrol, i can pretty confirm 320km standard had drop to 290 - 300km per tank.

i might div re-install the original air intake system and install Turbo Air Booster from our forumer here instead.

*P/S: anyone interested in the open pod set?

i rev until kena 7k rpm... kena cut-off so reduced acceleration... shud shift around 6.5k for good acceleration...

I've just done my 1st service (16xxkm instead of 1000km) on 16/12/2010:
1. Syntium 800 - 15W/50 SM 4L - RM97.00
2. Oil Filter - RM12.22
3. Gasket, Drain Plug - RM3.56
4. Magnetrap - RM68.00
5. Screen Wash - RM5.20
TOTAL - RM186.00

Was told Magnetrap is optional but need to install once only so just go ahead. The Malay lady at Puchong SC did told me the function of the magnetrap but I forgot what was that for already
As for the Screeb Wash, I came across the exact same product later at Tesco Puchong and I think Proton SC is selling 40¢-60¢ cheaper.

Here's my comment on Puchong Proton SC:
Service: 5/10 - Lady at the counter is very friendly, they even sms me when the car is ready, but the technician... ptui!! My appointment was 2:15pm, they start working on my car only after 3:15pm, and the way they walk, I tell you... if my grandpa is still alive, he can walk faster than they are. Everything is in slow motion.....
Price: 6/10 - I used to drive a Nissan Sentra a few years back. Done all services at Nissan SC, but I never went to the SC. Whenever I need to service my car, I gave the Nissan sales lady a call, she'll showed up at my office (I worked in Penang Prangin Mall then), I passed her the key, she took my car to the SC, then brought it back to Prangin Mall (she paid for the parking). I paid around RM75.00 everytime. (Anyone in Penang want to buy Nissan cars, I can recommend the sales lady to you. Seriously, very good service.)

yea i agree with this. i dunno how to explain to everyone but that hole-ish compartment has been so handy for me so far. especially when i tapau food, i don't have to worry about it sliding around.

edit: and the saga fl rims are ugly to me.

Yeah, very good for tapau food.
If no food, good for tissue box.
