Hi,

When u all sign SNP, how to make sure that the unit is bumi/non bumi unit?
if its bumi/non bumi unit, is it written anywhere ?

A condominium, developer will reserve some % unit which they will sell to bumi as bumi lot.. i'm just wondering how do we know that our unit is the the reserved bumi lot ?

can delay one i think.. u just have to ask the lawyer firm when is the due date before developer take back the unit and then sell it out..
