Bro, if 1st redraw, the money will go to your bank saving/current account, u can spend it to do anything you want.
Subsequently redraw will straight to your bank loan account. Of course you can work around it by month installment method, the money still can go to your saving/current account.

thank u very much.. i'm relieved !

Pertaining to EPF Housing Loan Settlement Scheme, unless you are applying for the very 1st time, the money withdrawn will be deposited into your homeloan account directly.
thank u

CK Hong, they have the option where do you want to credit the fund to. I have withdrawn from my epf (1st house) which credit to my account. If not mistaken if SNP signed < 1 year lesser documentation required else if more than 1 years you need additional documentation (Depends on hse title). Do call epf … they are very efficient nows a day.
noted bro! thanks

will call epf guy/girl for more info.. since i'll apply it on 2 year half

need money to do the renovation
