do u all have to keep track with the bank/lawyer/developer ? whether the bank is all done liao or not
cus i heard some case.. u signed loan agreement + snp..
then when the developer wants to get the first 10% payment from the bank.. within 13 days like tat.. if the bank doesn't give them the money.. developer will charge u interest.. macam quite expensive eh the interest..
so how did u all confirm.. that the loan is 100% done.. and the bank will surely give out the money from developer when they request for it ??
As i know, once the first payment is out.. then the 2nd, 3rd and so on we don't have to care liao..

as i know.. during construction.. even if u put a lump sum of $$ inside... it will not reduce the interest.. u can only do that after u start your exact payment to bank
