As last time SA said will be RM380/sf for block C after disct, but now niniwong only bought with RM365/sf aftr disct at block C, not much different wth my block B RM356/sf aftr disct ehh...

Been to both site. Definately in mid valley there more buzz. Around 3pm there like 30-40% unit been book.

Dropped by at their office after lunch. Saw about 20-25 cars there. Went in, busy body a bit and gave in by getting a unit facing PJ. Most likely for our own stay cos we really like the C1 layout.

went to check out KR2. personally..the only issue for me is lease hold..other than that...same? pricing no diff? but KR2 only pay 3% and DIBS
when you r only paying 3% Down Payment and DIBS skim...what materials do you think they will offering you? yet this could be a good chance to own a property for those youngster who not cash rich?
i still worrying the accessbility after completion for ZR and KR2 + KR1 ? can you imagine if only 2 access and there have 2 LRT proposed?
