From my understanding, bumi lot is designated to bumi's only, sell to bumi only (if want to sell to non-bumi need to do alot of name change, costly) bumi quota, developer designated this units to bumi, but can open to non bumi after a certain period of time. The latter need to get approval from state goverment (if I'm not wrong la..) And also there's this bumi's unit on bumi land (the land is for bumi's only) This bumi's unit on bumi's land, is not for non-bumi and cannot be transferred to non-bumi at all. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Where do ppl from Alam Impian send their kids to school and kindy's? Do they focus at Bkt. Rimau and Kota Kemuning? I've heard parents from Kota Kemuning sending their kids to school at USJ..

Yang penting, i dengar all 3 tadika tu english medium dengan penekanan pada Islamic teaching...exactly what i was looking for (coz before this my boys gi ATFAL kat UK Perdana tu. Rugi kalau tak sambung konsep sama)

Sure why not..

So the one and only entrance at Spira will be full of cars because the parents got to park there and walk their kids in? I'm not any Spira or even AI resident, still hoping to be one. All this schools, kindy and amenities is very important to attract more ppl to come in, provided it does not compromise some of the privilege like G+G, privacy and exclusivity.

RA is very important when making certain decisions. I just say that there will also be very negative residents that will create problems and some that a very supportive.. Most important is to create a balance among all so that everyone can benefit. I've personally encounter and incident whereby the guard was scolded by the visitor in a very rude way because the visitor was not allowed into the residential area. After the visitor gave a call to the resident, the stoopid resident came to the guard house and once again scolded the guard 'for doing his job!'. That's why having a close relationship with neighbors in a small community (like Spira) is very good and its also the main point I keep coming back to this forum giving my 2 cents. In summary, a strong community, be it with full G+G or F+G, as long as everyone has the same vision and willing to communicate, it will further enhance the value of the neighborhood.

Pretty scary to become your neighbor..

Referring to your bolded statement. There's alot of good parents out there, doesn't mean their kid is good. You do not know what kids are capable of, do you?. Just remember the main reason u buy a unit in a G+G environment and why do u pay so much for. If I stay in Aquina, I'll make sure u wont able to set ur foot to our compound. Just try me.

1 & 2. No, I not even have any unit in AI now, but later maybe.. who knows? If you can force your way to Spira, u can do that to sephira, aquina and viola as well.. betol ka? That is the concern.
3. Pure Malaysian <-- what has it got to do with I'm malaysian, singaporean or african? If I no like kindy means no like la.. nothing to do with race right? Aquina got 20-30% singaporean. They even spend 5k-8k to buy seat 1-5 during pre-launching day. So how? You gonna chase them out?

Actually through my personal experience, there has to be a 'strategic' & effective way to do fogging. I was part of the RA in my area who helped organized the fogging by local authorities and was told about how the negative side effect & impact that will happened if it was not done in proper way. The purpose of fogging is actually to destroy the larvae of the mosquito. We were also advice not to engage those third party fogger's because most of them is not well versed with what they are doing and may cause problems later. One more thing is getting these local authorities to help us out is really a hassle and sad to say we had around 3-4 dengue cases 'weekly' that caught their attention & pressure from the ADUN. Anyway I always agree a proper third party fogger can be engaged only if they are well briefed and supervised by experienced people.

Not only USJ Heights, the recent launching of 3 storey house worth 1.5mil above at SPK Damansara, that is so near to the HTC! If u pass by the toll please look to your right side and you will see the houses just next to HTC, but is still all sold. I guess land is scarce and people do not mind to much about it as long it is prime areas.
