I paid 10%-10k when I signed S&P and the same amount was mentioned in the letter too. My case is straight forward as no EPF involved. And it clearly states how much I paid & how much need to pay as deposit & balance sum amount in my S&P.

I too paid the remaining 10% + RM400 disbursement at the Naza office when signing the SPA.

Regarding the other 2 CCC copies that you mentioned (those that will be mailed)....are they the same as the one in the SPA? If not I'll have to find out what happen to my copies.

If you are interested in TTDI alam impian, you should contact to TTDI ASAP. They may have houses available in both Spira and Viola. Check with them time to time...

I don't understand "SPA is priced at discounted price". Are you talking about lawyer's fee? If so, yes lawyer's fee for SPA is not included when we signed our SPA.

The show units were sold about 200k more of the standard ones, wear and tear included. i think thats overpriced. surely can get cheaper stuff.

My house has already been clean & ready to move in. Saw cleaning crew cleaning house by house. Since you just bought the house, the turn for cleaning your house maybe the last.

Hi guys. last night I just spent the night there.. It was quite and peaceful. hehehe.. best lah.

I've installed most of the lights yesterday (yes on my own). today I'm gonna put up the fans. I'm just taking my time here doing things at my pace. no rush lah.

last night I notice some strange sound, don't know where it's coming from. sounds like and engine/machine. it's very quite here so small sound can be notice quickly. I'm guessing it must the the sound of the plant next to our neighborhood, but when I went out and check, ermm.. not really.. it could be the acoustics effect, where you cant hear things directly but you may hear it after the sound reflected.. one thing for sure, I don't think it's ghosts lah..

I changed my mind about having the grills on the front side of the house. I'm thinking to put the grills only at the back/kitchen area where it's exposed and near to the fence. I like it the way it is. It's breezy here too if you open the front sliding door and and the kitchen door. Wahh so nice..

the street lights, on the way to Alam Impian not turned on yet. however the streetlights inside Spira, few on them are on already. one being near my house.

Hi all, I just got my key today (Jln 118)! Am just concern why plaster ceiling is not included on the ground floor. TTDI staff said we have to write in (ok to email the customer care email). Will start renovation once we submit the defects, which so far does not seem to be major except for the water mark on the staircase and kitchen wall due to neighbour's pipe. Hope to move in by end april!

btw, anyone has value for money and good curtain contact?

congrats neighbour! ... i have not tried the contractor before, am arranging him to come by tomorrow morning 10ish to measure and quote for plaster ceiling, painting etc, as well as 2 grille suppliers. If you happen to be there, feel free to drop by.

In the SPA the postcode is written as 40460 ... however at the sign board in front of the spira houses it is written as 40470....even I&P houses the postcode is 40470...is this typo in the spa..should we notify the lawyer?

sure, will share the quotation with you once I get it. Am doing plaster for the entrance (level with beam), living room (all 4 sides box up) and dining area also (center rectangle box down). RM3800 for what you mentioned sounded quite ex. Also need 3 extra aircon points, lightings etc.... Siong ah.... unfortunately think we need to pay the RM2k deposit as long as got kitchen reno, grill installation etc....

Got some quotes for wrought iron grille (I wanted the simple white one), the cheapest (mentioned they quote me the before CNY price) so far is:

Door:  RM9 per sq ft
Window: RM7 per sq ft
Powder coating: add RM2.5 per sq ft
Galvanize (to cover top of courtyard): RM4.50 per sq ft

Do u guy notice that we have a water pump plug point on the second floor roof? and there is one switch at the family room for that water pump point. Since it is given, why not we use it? just nees to buy a water pump and pay for the installation fee, no additional wiring needed edi. Who got any idea about water pump? looking for budgeted and quality 1.

Kitchen plaster above kitchen cabinet in a U shape around the kitchen ceiling (due to beam outside kitchen, ducting from hood is an issue and will appear obvious, unless I put plaster ceiling)

Total: RM2,700

He used to help me with my current condo. Very responsible and does not need much supervision previously once I told him what I wanted. Did a fantastic job, that's why I asked him again. If you want his contact let me know.

By the way, does any of you have contact for paint job? I was quoted like RM4,000 to 5,000 (paint included) for interior for type D. Is this reasonable?

Isn't it from Jln PA 120? Heard from Yusof yesterday that a lady owner in there done renovation and moving in next Sunday. He said no. 20 something. Just remember that:)
Regarding gate, testing is going on now and will inform us to pick up access cards in two weeks.
