owh sh*t, that was the same case with my house too.. it was last 2 weeks when suddenly i heard very noisy sound (like a heavy rain) upstairs. at first was thinking might be raining heavily outside, but didnt see any water in the compound inside the house. then i went upstair, OMG! the water coming from the ceiling. very panic and went to shut the outside main meter. my floor board was effected too. the contractor came last 2 days to check, and the replacement floor board will start next week (hopefully).

the light upstairs also effected. so i ask contractor to change them too.

asked the Mahasil guy, what went wrong, he also having hard time to explain. the only possible explanation is due to sudden surge from Syabas tank. he mentioned that our pipe + tank was equipped with max of 100psi pressure. when they check the water outside routinely, it is just about 40 psi. so they also not sure.

and for sure i ask them to repaint my ceiling back, and probably the wall too. it has a yellowish stain due to this water mark. crap.

and now feeling quite phobia to leave my house without shutting the main meter. sigh~
@ jeghui: neighbour, when u plan to move in?. come on, quick. hehe.. or u plan to rent it out?

I think you should let it all run properly, so you'll know of any defects now rather than later when u've moved in. But it's just my thought.

no details of sephira on their website..noticed that the brochure on sephira distributed during launch all using details of viola ( at the bottom part of the brochure)

Now we know why they can't openly advertise on Sephira. It's strange that they could not get permit on time. If they haven't got the permit for Sephira, then how can they think about launching another one in next month?

Hopefully, not that bad. My house is a little bit far from Sephira so I hope the effect would be not that serious.Noise and dust will be major issues for us......

went to naza ofis yesterday...
they told me sephira only left 3 units..
2 units are about 680k n d other 1 is 7xxk..

For Sephira, it did take longer time to sell out the units as they charge premium price for house facing garden...

Most people will think instead of paying 52k to face garden, I will use that money to remodel the house...

I didn't have any problem with TS but I complaint it to Yousof after hearing about it. After hearing my complains, a senior manager came to see me and told me that TS has no relation to TTDI. And told me that they have had friendly chat about owners' complains. And they requested me to provide them detail info about incidences and they would take action based on them. However, when I tried to get detail on TS incidences, no owners responded. And Ivy from three Kim who gets so many threats from TS told me to wait till they finish all works in Spira. Since not many concrete complains, TTDI won't do anything. If you have detail of incidence, then send email to mr. Rosmin wan Mohamed at  rosmin@nazattdi.com. he is a senior manager in customer service and showed interest in taking action on TS if we can provide them concrete proof of their unethical activities.

Water meter has not been installed yet. Don't know why but not that worry as long as I get water:) water pressure in upper floor is weak; however, it's just ok for taking shower. Pipe bursting only happened in one of our forumer's house.

Haha thanks... If orang ambik bela then it's ok. I'm just worried if he is lost. Plus, he slightly hurt his feet before that after being bitten by a bigger version of him.
