wow! weird thing happen.. my weight scale at home is 108.. then when my gf force me to try the electronic weight that have height scale too its 101??!! we r shock!!!! is there sumthin wrong with the elec scale?? cost 20cent BTW

hey guys.. look like i lose the bet.. huhu
i admit it, it my own false.. because of the final exam, holidays, i keep eating.. and lacking off.. 3 week dont go at the gym.. im so sorry for dissapointing u guys..

i only loss 14kg
from 118 to 104...

i promise next year i will work harder!!! starting 1/1/2011!
i will not let u guys down!

After started working in a kitchen as a chef, my weight increase lol, 4kg, my tummy getting big, hehe, then my boss recommend me to go to gym near the area im working, very close, level up fitness. Although i feel realy tired after working, i just go with it, to lose fat and getting fitter, thats all i want to say, hehe

i dont no how to say this, but my tulang belakang is bongkok,(LOL) at my tummy level, not the shoulder, whenever i sit down, my backside usually bent, not straight, not 'S' shape, anyone no how to fix this?

im ok when walking but when sitting down is the problem,
it always bent automatically, every time i sit straight, a few second after that it began to bent again. huhu

Haha, sweat because of the order non stop, in kitchen i do eat everything in the menu, but little2 only la, heheh just a pinch, to taste and sumtime craving for it, for brekfest i eat half cook egg, lunch tuna sandwish, and evening before going to gym i eat stim chiken breast, thats ok rite?

Now i beleive in eating 5 time a day and still keep my weight down, but in small quantity, eating 2time is the morning, 1time in afternoon , evening and night.. It a slow process but when mix with exersice, i can stil loss weight.. Hehe
