my fren say it is my muscle that causing the pain..
everytime i straighten my arm, my tricep(lol i donno what it name) kinda fell like tightening..

i can see the different now..
hehe..
i use my belt to scale my tummy..
first have extra 2 hole 0nly..
now have 4,,,(although it make my tummy into 2)

my menu is
brekfest : Omelette cheese
Lunch : Nasi goreng
Dinner : mee kolok / fruit

this two week im gonna be really busy..
next week is my final exam..
got to study hard..
huhuhu..
no time for gym..
and im scare to gain weight at that time..
any tips guys..

lol..
today is my cheat day..
so my gf bring me to McD..(its hard to say no coz she will get TheHulk on me)
after we eat..
i go to the hand wash place..
then i saw my self in the big mirrow and i was like WOW!
im totally different now..
i really can see the different..
usually im wearing big colar tshirt(hip hop hahah) and a hoodie ..
but now, my shirt is all fit to my body..(well, not that fit laa..)
and another thing i notice is my belt is out of holes..
i thing i need to make summore hole..
hahah.. it is geting loose...

really love my changing..
i think next year im gonna strip my shirt off in front of the Mcd hand wash mirror..
hhahaha..

but only small portion..
