does im doing the hiit correctly?
first walk slowly.. then sprint as fast as i can until tired.. the walk slowly again for 2-3 minute.. repeat for 30 minute... |

good luck bro! my workout : 20 minute : tredmill (hitt) 10 minute : gym bike (hitt) 10 minute : recumbent bike (interval) 5 minute : elliptical machine (kinda like climbing a stair) after that go cuci mata.. hehe.. is that enough?? |

it is really frustating..

i donno if i do it rite..
here how i do it.. doing it on treadmill.. first warm up 3 - 5 minute.. then sprint until out of breath.. after that walk slowly for 2 minute.. then continue to sprint again.... repeat for 20 min. |

if i can, will extend my gym time.. like 1-2 hour maybe.. 2 month left for my bet to end.. and i still need to lose 25kg.. ugh.. |
