I just paid a visit to The Wharf showroom just now and they offered me such an attractive package as following:
*5% rebate
*DIBS
*FREE SPA and Legal fee

I am planning to get one unit for residence 18, 829sqf.

May I know you guys got the same offer like what i mentioned above? Because I am reading the previous posts, it sounds like differ person enjoying differ promotion (WITHOUT PREJUDICE), perhaps differ period is enjoying differ offer.

Property guru or investors, please advice or correct me if i got wrong information.

More or less the same deal, only difference was mine was 3% discount. I bought mine around 3 months ago.

Developer now a day very clever. Mark up the unit price and give DIBS, disc, free legal...for me, the price not competative enough. With the same price, i think is better buy other areas like Skypod...thos more 'outside'. The wharf location very inside and jam....as i currently staying there. With this price tag and location, not worth.

Yes, agreed biggrin.gif the location is very deep inside and you take long long way to come out to the main road like LDP. Too pricey for that area.

Somehow i disagree. If u think the whaft is too deep, how about the upcoming milenia city? Also X2, Koi Prima n many more condos are building somewhere further than the whaft.

Seems there a hidden potential, but question is will it work wink.gif

Skypod is around 450k-470k for a measly 600sq studio unit. Sad to say.. I am not willing to spend that kind of money smile.gif... anything below 400k fits me happily..

Maybe developer want to create impression that property price is inceasing fast. If you miss this, later you need to buy at this price but further location ...

560psf maybe can if they give 10% disc and furnish full ...

Suggest the developer to give 10% + 6% ....(like service tax + government tax ler) otherwise they will surely hit lalat with current market sentiment.

heard that the anchor tenant for the whalf shopping complex is jusco, is this true?

Insider news leaks... Jusco has reached final discussion stage with Bolton, once confirm then Bolton will announce...

That is why Bolton on hold to sell last block... After announcement, they will sell 560psf for last block...

So, congrats to those who bought the 1st 2 blocks...
