You can call the office @603 8068 4030. Still got few units left for 700-829sq. But 1100sq units are fully sold for tower 18. They will be launching final tower soon.. tower 28. Honestly calling to ask about prices, etc etc is not much use. Just go to the show unit, drive around the surrounding area, construction site, look for the new LRT site (still under construction), tesco, carrefour, etc etc look at the scale model.

Then you can decide and see. Dont read lowyat comments so much, some people gives good comment, some negative comments,, etc etc, end of the day comments are useless unless you go there and see things and judge for yourself. smile.gif

I did go to the showroom and i like the bigger size unit very much. Too bad it is already sold out sad.gif. What do you think about the location? I mean to get in there? I find it a bit troublesome if you are coming from KL.

"I find it a bit troublesome if you are coming from KL." <-- FYI I am staying in Setapak smile.gif End of the day, its up to you and your decision. Mine was the points below.

Pros
1. Link to retail/office
2. Link to future upcoming shopping mall
3. Very near tesco and carrefour
4. 5 mins drive to LRT (this is confirm.. u can see the covered construction by road side)
5. 3% discount
6. Love the surrounding environment.. gated 2-3 storey houses around the area, the roads are huge.. (if u compare to kampung 1 lane road)
7. DIBS

Cons
1. FREAKING STUPID JAM!!
2. Quite expensive imo, but.. .. so all NEW LAUNCHES.. and some even rm500 to 700psf for a 400sq studio unit!
3. Heard got future project coming in.. so might get congested in the future.. but who cares.. means more ppl to rent my condo unit smile.gif

Went to check out the site earlier. Coming out from the site to LDP highway seems to be near but coming in from LDP highway to this site seems a bit far for me.

Not exactly sure whether I used the correct way to get there. I remember passing through DHL and the new upcoming Tesco. Is there any alternative way to get into Taman Tasik Prima?

What do you think Marbury?

Ya, we would need to drive further up and U- turn to go in if coming from LDP to site. From site to LDP is definitely more nearer. As for any alternative route, i am not too sure, i never go check. I am not familiar with puchong roads.. KL/PJ guy here, and i stay in Setapak blush.gif

Hopefully, they will construct a new ramp to lead into this area. Been reading about the proposed interchange which would definitely boost up the property sales in this area.

Are you buying for investment or for own stay? I am planning to get a unit there for investment purpose. But am slightly concerned about the development of this area due to its location and accessibility.

I haven't really decided on that yet, currently quite happy staying in setapak (Parents home), will decide if its for own stay or investment in 3 years time smile.gif Most important is I don't have to worry about paying a single cent from now till completion. ... DIBS FTW! tongue.gif

If its for investment, nobody can predict what will happen in the future, but with property prices going up, more and more people are moving more further, I think the upcoming LRT is important and might help, shopping mall will help too. Will this place become great? nobody knows. If everyone can predict the future.. i would have BEG my parents to buy landed property in Bandar Utama 30 years ago instead of buying in setapak. tongue.gif

You can turn in the Puchong Perdana junction near DHL, there is a big mosque on your right after you turn in, opposite the morque is a junction on your left, turn into that road and go all the way until the end, you will reach Maju Jaya industrial area and a T-junction with traffic light. Turn right and you will reach Persiaran Taman Tasik Prima.

There is a proposed diamond interchange near Petronas, has been talked about for almost 10 years. It was said that this diamond interchange suppose to be funded by more than 10 developers around the area, but only a few submitted their contribution, so still waiting for the rest to pay for its construction.

Once the diamond interchange is built, you can turn in straight into Maju Jaya industrial area and reach Persiaran Taman Tasik Prima directly.

Then, buy in Setapak, you're more easy to visit your parents.
Buy one with rental, it's like you're entitling DIBS.

Wharf is a high end service apartment. A bit sad right? Judging from the price, it should be labeled as condominium instead.
