I can sense very bright potential for Jusco to take over all the retail space in TPP. Even the KFC and pizzahut outlets were packed with people in such place which ppl usually though it is remote.

Only if they fixed the road access to TPP and the Whaft then things should get better

Even if Jusco do materialise, it will depend on what type of Jusco is that. I mean in terms of size and concept. Felt the SK one also not bringing much added values to the surrounding property.

Maxvalue is also Jusco but it doesn't bring up the property value

Good tenants definitely will bring some impact to the mall...more people come, more people know, more people talk, more transaction, value up lo....if not, at least easy to rent out la.
