You can call the office @603 8068 4030. Still got few units left for 700-829sq. But 1100sq units are fully sold for tower 18. They will be launching final tower soon.. tower 28. Honestly calling to ask about prices, etc etc is not much use. Just go to the show unit, drive around the surrounding area, construction site, look for the new LRT site (still under construction), tesco, carrefour, etc etc look at the scale model.

Then you can decide and see. Dont read lowyat comments so much, some people gives good comment, some negative comments,, etc etc, end of the day comments are useless unless you go there and see things and judge for yourself.

This place started to be wong after kfc-pizza opening. Now more shop being occupied.

if its a small surau, it is good for moslem community activity. a full surau indicates many family staying which i think is not a negative feature. since it is small, it will not qualify for the huge friday prayers crowd.

unless you are saying there will be another new huge mosque to be built- thats another story.

Which is why I gave up on the developer and rectified the defects myself before my house got destroyed any further.

Summer homes is because before the final QA/QC they already released the house. So whatever defects checklist that was supposed to be done is not done at all.
Each fellow owners I spoke to have at least 2-3 pages of defects in their list, mine inclusive and took us more than 4 months to just get it "fixed".
That is why you see so many "For Sale/For Rent" banner there, owners I know of that wishes to stay there are now finding elsewhere.
