i think your info is pretty much correct, they will extend it to 99 yrs once VP, and i heard the apartment will be in residential title too

went to the showroom today

tower 8 7 unit left left , all lvl 27 and above(total 33 level)

tower 18 more than 75% already sold out...

just book one today, took the dibs scheme biggrin.gif

sale person said might complete end of 2014.

so far only uob,ocbc, alliance and rhb offer dibs scheme.

ask about public bank, they said u still need to pay insterst each month during construction but can claim back after finish construction rclxub.gif

saw the new construction site for tesco, about 4 min drive from the wharf..

deposit rm5k , if loan reject or you cancelled, u only get back rm4800...

wonder how much the price will go up after it fully complete, can the rent go up above 1.8k? lol

And the new tower will sell plus 8% more from tower 18. That's what I heard. Anyway do you guys know of any site or Facebook group for wharf? Thanks

For those who may have missed out on the prime lake view tower 18 units, please PM me your contact details and I'll inform you once the LAST and FINAL Tower 28 is open for sale.

That way you'll have a better chance to pick the choice units before they are gone.
