The wharf is a 23 acre mixed development project in a new residential neighbourhood. The development aims to create a new commercial and activity zone in this area, capitalising on its waterfront potential.

The commercial strip and residential blocks are terraced to gain views of the waterfront from multiple levels.

Bolton to launch Puchong property this month

SHAH ALAM: Bolton Bhd will unveil a new commercial development in Puchong, known as The Wharf, later this month, said executive director Chan Wing Kwong.

The development, with a gross development value (GDV) of RM650mil, is a mixed offering of boutique shop offices, service apartments and a retail shopping mall.

The Wharf would highlight green features that would capture the imagination of an ever-demanding market, Chan said after the company AGM yesterday.

Projects in the pipeline include a 33-storey condominium development, known as “Sixceylon” at Bukit Ceylon, Kuala Lumpur, with a GDV of about RM180mil.

Meanwhile, its “51 Gurney” comprises 71 super luxury condominium with a GDV of about RM150mil.

On expansion plans, Chan said Bolton would continue building on its strength in the Malaysian property market and consider venturing overseas in the next one to two years. “We will look within the region,” he added.

For the financial year ended March 31, Bolton posted a pre-tax profit of RM50.7mil on revenue of RM257.5mil against RM38.11mil and RM292.04mil respectively in the previous year. — Bernama

YES... thestar had earlier reported 10 ramps...

i believe 15 ramps were proposed.. and on another topic, a Youtube video showed a proposed ELEVATED HIGHWAY on FEDERAL HIGHWAY !!!

Approximately 3 to 4 more highways will be built over PJ over the next few years.

The Wharf Residence, which comprises of 1,002 units housed within three blocks of 33-storey towers, is now open for registration. Sizes range between 818 sq ft and 1,125 sq ft, while prices for the units start from RM280,000.

I think the shopping mall is big enough.

And there are many supermarkets expanding such as AEON's standalone MaxValu (there won't be "AEON" supermarket if they are not departmental store), Urbanfresh, Jaya Grocer, Village Grocer, Presto Supermarket and GIANT's Mercato. Btw Giant has just opened their convenience store concept today and plan to open 500 stores in next 5 years. (Malaysia has an untapped convenience store market... and rumors that Japan's FamilyMart is coming)

Meanwhile, the group has re-planned its proposed Wharf Shopping Mall in The Wharf development in the township of Taman Tasik Prima in Puchong to incorporate the concept of a neighbourhood mall with a hypermarket overlooking a lakeside.
