Haiz... LRT line is secondary. Get the promised diamond interchange in front of PETRONAS/Shell built up so that we can have short access to LDP both direction and cross over to Bandar Puteri without jamming in LDP, that already will increase the value of the whole taman.

Agree on those franchises. ChaTime in Tesco Bukit Puchong looks like they're doing good business. Lots of opportunity in this relatively untapped market.

Once tower 8 finish, developer will handover the key or need to wait for the remaining tower finish 1st?

Some saY will handover first, some say will wait for all 3 blocks, which is true?

With normal pratice, it should be handover tower 8 then follow by 18, then 28. Unless developer is expecting to pay for lad then handover of 3 block together might happen.. as they are going to deliver tower 8 soon, the facility shall be completed by then, which is in the progress nw.. similar to the biz walk, the developer need not to wait until whole wharf to complete only handover eventhough each building is connected.

Soon means how soon will they deliver tower 8?

I am not developer man so cant answer u this. just refer to the SPA date tentatively shall be deliver within 3 years.
