Now look at those new launching with higher and higher price suddenly feel that The Wharf Residence price is actually pretty cheap.. but just only when compare to those new props..

at tat time thought 800sf The Wharf vely small and price oso RM300K++ expensive, now most developers downsize to 600sf to keep the prices down and some even more expensive, Amaya Maluri smaller build up 719sf? at Maluri Jusco recently completed asking rm500k+??
