04.12.2013 update Both towers going up 1 more floor higher..  almost a week a floor.. the grey white color a little dull.. doesnt stand out.. |

date of completion 2015 or 2016...those signed SPA in late 2011 or 2012 maybe can escape the new RPGT rates by selling the 6th year, just wait 1-2 years after completion
