i doubt it will even start the next 1 years..
even if they proceed, i dont think they will be able to build up the diamond exchange as proposed. it will probably be just a flyover for traffic to move from opposite side of the highway (towards cyberjaya) to come into the internal road. Some sort as we see the flyover into BK4 and BK5 at the bukit jalil highway..

anyway hope i m wrong la.. i also want the ease from congestion to enter my house.. pray hard work start soon

No work started for the mall.. so I dont think they will confirm an anchor tenant so fast.. probably another 2 years from now then mall will be ready.

So fast ? Residence unit not even complete yet, just wonder when they going to hand over the key

This week passby noticed the structure of tower 18 is just left 1-2 floor will be reach the top, while the tower 28 is completed more than half. The owner of last tower look like will be getting their key half year early than the expected 3 yrs from the spa date.

My friend who buy at other project that suppose to vp by this year just finish build the parking floor only.

Wow really impressd by Bolton ( now Symphoney) speed, really gives big confidence to exsting buyers in the future

02 March 2014 progress

yeap.. tower 18 has 1-2 more floors.. but they seem to slow down a lot from their previous progress..
now is like 2-3 weeks per floor for tower 18

anyway.. tower 28 has reached level 15 half way there..

so tower 28 likely to complete/VP by mid-2015?
