They have like 30+ players and now with Balotelli already on board and Milner soon, they will soon need to conduct some serious loaning/selling of the extra players  shocking.gif

well. Lower tiered clubs will surely benefit from Man City

PARASITESSSS D:

I wonder who's not in the 25-man squad. Hmm.

Might not watch their games too much unless I have nothing else to do, but would follow their club's results and read the forums now and then to see the reactions. Welbeck at Sunderland, James and King at Preston definitely would be fun. Diouf might spring a surprise as well. Although he's a bit hit and miss, but his pace and the way he always look to run in behind will get him a few goals.

Read that Sunderland wants Bellamy. Onuoha(?) already left on loan to join Sunderland.

Onuoha was brilliant last season tbf, why'd sell him? Suppose they didn't learn the lessons of Chelsea. You can't buy success, only add to it.

Bet you Micah's time at City is numbered too. Onuoha is a great backup to the CBs at his age. Well, Sunderland's gain definitely! Hmm maybe put him in my fantasy league biggrin.gif

if im SAF, ill try to put a cheeky bid on Stephen Ireland, on the last minute of transfer window. IMO he's better or as good as James Milner. plus, he's homegrown and proven in PL.

thats easily a decent addition to our CM dept. not as exciting as Ozil, but Ireland proven in PL and less risky business.

Ireland looked Aston Villa bound, but since Oneill left, the proposed move (Milner move to the other way are keep in hold)

em, fact fast checking. are Rooney and Hernandez ever played together so far (pre season) ? i believe they're not, right? hmm.gif

If they dont get at least 4th place or if Mancini doesn't lead them to a better points total than last season,he should retire.
Their squad is sooo strong. The midfield and attack is essentially world class.
The good thing (for others that is tongue.gif) is that they also have the biggest egos leading the team, and hopefully they will crumble!! biggrin.gif

Granted they do have a strong squad but a few bad results and some key injuries would see them struggling for cohesion. David Silva is the best addition of the lot IMO but he might end up missing his girlfriend David Villa half way through the season and demand a move to Barcelona biggrin.gif

They'll get the right mix soon. If not this, then probably next or the one after that.
Too bad for them the other clubs are pretty strong as well.

Chelsea, Utd
Arsenal, Pool, Spurs, Citeh
Everton..

itu la... i think so far only 2/3 players that have left/sold/loaned....they still have an over excess of near 20 players.

any youths from their academy can kiss goodbye la.this a the right way to doom for cit£h.almost every match they will only play their seniors squad which is also their 2nd and 3rd squad.

Ahh.. in your list above, the order of teams does not indicate anything in particular does it smile.gif wink2 Because Chelsea is in there before utd LOL kidding.

Eventually with all that money they'll get a team sorted out. Might take a few seasons and Mancini seems to be the right guy for the job. I felt that Mark Hughes was doing alright to be honest and its a shame that he was sacked. He bought the right kind of players; used to the EPL style of play and properly settled in. I'm not sure the mercenaries from the SPL and Serie A can learn the language and pace of the game that quickly. Not sure if Ballotelli can speak English. Language barrier can frustrate a player very quickly.

If anything, they'll be up there with Everton and Spurs for the fourth spot. Not sure if Liverpool has the right team to break back into the top four if Torres is injured again. Certainly make the EPL a bit more interesting this season eh? top flight footie is back people!!!!!

Sorry to be out of topic, but city sounds to be offloading almost all their strikers, example: jo, santa cruz, caicedo, bellamy. rumours saying tevez and adebayor leaving too. Balotelli any better than them?

who cares about what is happening in Citeh? For all i care, all those big players will put unnecessary pressure on them, starting players going into each game knowing that 1 slip up is enough to sentence them to a whole season on the bench. or right now, who will be included in the 25 players list.

like it or not, a club's players needs to have a pecking order so that those at the bottom can look up to those at top, and learn from them instead of actually coming in and competing with them at day1. And the driving force for those juniors to be able to break into first team are to play as good as the seniors, not because they FEEL they are better than the seniors. 1 or 2 stars brought in can add healthy competition and adds experience into the team, but 5-6? Mancini is already having his hands full trying to ask Ireland to just scr*w off to Aston Villa so Milner can cross over, let's see what he can do as the season goes by.
