Hopefully they'll be able to keep up or improve on that form. We would need them. Evra is not a machine and an in form Carrick would bring a lot of stability to the side.

 That would have been horrible. Just imagine the outcry from the muppets.. especially since Chelsea pulled a goal back later on and was well on top of us in the last 10-15mins. Bit unlucky. The ball curled towards his back instead of meeting him dead on. But luckily lady luck seems to be on his side. France, Argentina, MLS All Stars, us, League of Ireland XI and now Chelsea. Not bad for a cheap unknown signing. |

Yeah. Good find by our scouts. He looks like a very good signing so far. Still early days, but his movement, pace, and intelligent plays so far is pretty impressive! That pass to Berba early on in the 2nd half was good vision. Looking forward to seeing more of him. Last 20-30mins in games, he would be a serial killer!
