Otherwise, you can only see selected highlights/interviews. ooo with our lads away on adopted clubs like sunderland and blackburn, thats in the league while in the championship there are a host of them scattered all around.so would you guys be following these clubs?? besides for the obvious reasons wch is a small hope they do a favour for us in defeating the usual suspects |

QUOTE(mhyug @ Aug 14 2010, 12:16 AM) ooo Might not watch their games too much unless I have nothing else to do, but would follow their club's results and read the forums now and then to see the reactions. Welbeck at Sunderland, James and King at Preston definitely would be fun. Diouf might spring a surprise as well. Although he's a bit hit and miss, but his pace and the way he always look to run in behind will get him a few goals.with our lads away on adopted clubs like sunderland and blackburn, thats in the league while in the championship there are a host of them scattered all around.so would you guys be following these clubs?? besides for the obvious reasons wch is a small hope they do a favour for us in defeating the usual suspects QUOTE(mhyug @ Aug 14 2010, 12:31 AM) cit£h do baffle me...how on earth they gonna offload all the bodies lying around at their place?? QUOTE(mhyug @ Aug 14 2010, 12:31 AM) cit£h do baffle me...how on earth they gonna offload all the bodies lying around at their place?? It will the same story like any team trying to make a team by buying several number of players every season. At the start, I could say that they will be on fire, garage sale ka??or just keep them on the payroll...makan gaji berjuta buta woo...i oso wan a life like that la.. yet to be seen whos heading where tapi 2 is already in coming.should be fun to watch this season how they tend to be maggie mee like team. almost unstoppable but when things are not going their way, thats when you see the true strength of the team. Thats where our team usually excels. Ready to bounce back after a defeat and pick themselves up from continuing to be down. Under SAF, thats how I see he do it best. Probably he is not the most tactical of managers/coaches compared to others (JM springs to mind) but with his guidance, you could sense that most players coached under him would have very strong mentality and strong belief in themselves. That's what make I love United. And also a certain King Cantona. That guy just oozes class during his prime. Hopefully with a bit of bum spanks, Berba would pick himself up and believe that he could play and fit into the team. I could see similarities between him and Cantona, at least in the style of play. |

QUOTE(idevonz @ Aug 13 2010, 11:46 PM) QUOTE(syarz @ Aug 14 2010, 12:07 AM) There you go, a big 2560 x 1600 version » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « For Community Shield one: » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Sir Alex ready to roll again QUOTE He famously fulfilled his vow to knock Liverpool off their perch, now Sir Alex Ferguson is looking to do the same to Chelsea. The United manager seems as hungry as ever at the dawn of his 25th league campaign with the Reds, and just as he was on his Old Trafford arrival in 1986, the boss is determined to overthrow the team who finished the previous term at the top. "We've got to think about how we're going to win this league," said Sir Alex at a press conference to preview Monday's opening fixture against Newcastle. "You have to think that Chelsea - having won the league last season - are going to be the favourites. That's what you have to think - the team that won it the previous season, you have to try and knock them off their perch." While finishing at the summit and bringing home the club's 19th title remains United's sole league objective, for other clubs it's a case of fourth spot will do considering the European riches that may come with it. The race for Champions League places will be intriguing again this season, believes Sir Alex, and he's tipping another team from outside the traditional 'big four' to have a say in it. "The interesting one is Everton, as they have got all their players back," said the boss. "The first half of last season was a nightmare for them, with the injuries for major players like (Mikel) Arteta and (Phil) Jagielka - they were big losses to them. Now all these players are fit, they could be an interesting prospect for the season. "I say that following the events of last season, when Tottenham got into the top four and therefore broke that monopoly of established teams like ourselves, Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool. "All these clubs will be aiming for the top four again, because being in the Champions League is a priority for them. "You would expect Liverpool to improve with Roy Hodgson and Tottenham are on the upswing, with Harry Redknapp's experience. But I expect Everton to do very well this season." United, of course, have qualified for the Champions League again and Sir Alex admits to also having a great desire to win that competition, for what would be the Reds' fourth time. "For me, given the history of this club, the European Cup is a big attraction. For me, anyway. That must be a priority. "But you cannot help but go for the Premier League, because the Premier League is such a tribalistic competition. Every game is so competitive, with six or seven rivals, so you cannot help but go for it." http://www.manutd.com/default.sps?pagegid=...&newsid=6651384 Nani to give Bebe care QUOTE Manchester United winger Nani says he will help new team-mate Bebe settle into life at the club. Bebe emerged as United's surprise fourth signing of the summer late on Wednesday night from Portuguese outfit Vitoria Guimaraes. The 6ft 3in, 20-year-old winger will not be rushed into action at Old Trafford but instead will be eased into a new lifestyle following Sir Alex Ferguson's capture of the player. Ferguson believes Bebe is a prospect for the future and he will spend the meantime adjusting to English culture. And Nani - who moved to United from Porutgal in 2007 - says he will help his fellow countryman overcome the language barrier as he attempts to settle in the North West. Nani explained to Sky Sports News: "Every place you go, you need someone who speaks your language to help you because if you have no confidence, know nothing about the language then you don't know what to do. "But I'll try to help, of course, if he wants. No problem." Happy Nani himself was eased into footballing matters following his switch from Sporting Lisbon in 2007 and has since flourished into a key asset at the Red Devils. And the 23-year-old says he is very settled at United and enjoys nothing more than pulling on the famous red jersey. Asked if he was happy at the club, Nani explained: "Yes, of course I'm happy. "Everyone wants to play. This is my life. I was born to play football. And if I spend a couple of weeks out off the pitch, of course I'm not happy. "I can't be happy. If I'm playing, if I'm doing well then I will be happy because this is all I want to do." http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11661_6310445,00.html This post has been edited by alien2003: Aug 14 2010, 08:53 AM |

They have like 30+ players and now with Balotelli already on board and Milner soon, they will soon need to conduct some serious loaning/selling of the extra players
