My PC specifications:
Intel i7 920 - cooled by Cool IT self contained watercooler Nvidia Geforce GTX285 - cooled by Artic Cooling tri-fan 6GB RAM Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit
Played Starcraft 2 with the following settings:
Resolution: 1920x1200 Details: All ultra (where applicable)
Others: 4xAA (to try 8xAA when free)
In game fps: above 60fps at all times.
However, I had to enable V-sync as the tearing was really apparent during cinematic.

C2D 2.66GHz 8GB RAM HD4850X2 Acer H233H 23" LCD Win 7 Ultimate x64 1920 X 1080 res Ultra Setting Max Quality on Ati Catalyst
Verdict : Smooth on all gameplay and cinematics, but could be improved once Ati released an AA update for this game tho. Edges still looks jagged to me even with 8X AA enabled on Catalyst.

CB......I'm using laptop....and my Acer laptop only cost rm2.5k....compared to all of you who use desktop, mine sucks shit
NVIDIA GeForce G 105M Windows Vista SP2 Intel® Core™2 Duo CPU T6500 @ 2.10GHz 4GB RAM
Can play SC2 at 1024x768
All graphic settings low, except for texture quality (MEDIUM), Terrain (ULTRA), Models (HIGH), Unit Portraits (3D), Movies (HIGH)
70-100 fps when building my base in Skirmish mode.
40-60 fps when I build my units and send them to the enemy's base.
30-60 fps when shooting, tactical nuke
70-210 fps when playing cinematics
20-40 fps when playing some single player campaign, example, "THE DEVILS' PLAYGROUND"
50 fps at most gameplay
I don't know why sometimes my fps goes up to 153 although I've capped my fps to 60, using the Variables.txt in my documents
After playing for one hour, the temperature is around 70 degree Celsius.

Here it goes ,
Intel C2D E4500 @ 2.75Ghz 3GB DDR2 Corsair XMS Nvidia 8800GT 512 Win 7 x64
Mostly high setting at 1920x1080 . FPS around 40-60 , big battle might reduce it to 25-30 .

Athlon II X3 425 + 4GB RAM + GT220 (supposed to be GTX470 la but having some rig problem. hehe.)
surprisingly GT220 can play at 1680x1050 (i let the game decide the setting) and it still looks really good, unlike games like C&C series, low details make things really ugly.
