Alienware M17x laptop
T9550 @ 2.66Ghz OC'ed to 3.0 Ghz
4GB DDR3 Ram
Nvidia GeForce GTX260m @ stock clocks (Equivalent to a desktop 8800gt but abit slower at stock clocks)
Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

Ultra Settings @ 1920 x 1200. Quite smooth in general, when things get heavy it will drop to 18-20 fps, which is still ok ^^

You should change your OS to 64 bit and utilize the 6GB RAM. Surely it will increase the game's performance..

from my understanding, Vsync will match your framerate to your monitor's maximum refresh rate.

Mine

i5 750
2x2GB dual channel ram
2x1TB WD Caviar green in Raid0
HD4850 512MB

Ultra settings with 1920x1200 resolution in campaign, sometimes got lag, but only in some battles where there are many units.

As in multiplayer, it seriously doesnt matter anymore as there are many lower end machines in the net, and it also depends on which game you are playing, how many players, and condition of the internet and how well each players their pc/internet are.

So in short, just upgrading your machines for campaign might not worth it, and in multiplayer game, most likely the lag will from either other player or the internet slowdown.

1920x1200 @ Ultra with v-sync on - slight lag sometimes, but still playable. Blizzard needs to add ture multicore support and ATI (and Nvidia) to release better performing drivers.

Resolution : 1440X900, Vsync enable, No enable mouse lag reduction option ( i think this cause fps drop )

All Setting Ultra - find there a bit lag about avg 35 - 50 fps.
All Setting High - smooth avg 50 - 65 fps.
