Hi guys, This is a thread to explain your rig on playing SC2 and the outcome of the graphics performance so that people who haven't bought the game could expect what performance on what type of rig and also the current players can make a comparison on their rigs.
Mine is C2D 3.7Ghz 2 Gig RAM 9800GTX Using XP SP2
Can set all to ultra settings. AA must change at NVIDIA control panel for better graphics. For campaign, at times there will be a lil bit lag when got many units and in-game cut-scenes but so far, not a problem with that.
Loading time for campaign is normal, but maybe can improve if I have 4 Gig RAM.

980x @ 4.2 3Gd 1333mhz Corsair HD5770
Full ULTRA settings. Lag still present at certain highly densed scenes. Problem most likely due to the GC.

QUOTE(hazairi @ Aug 4 2010, 11:52 AM) what about ultra settings? and what's your OS and the version? ultra settings, 30 fps on board hyperion, etc. erm 30 - 50 fps in battle field? belum really cuba lagi. last time during beta, it was 30 - 50 fps i think. in my eyes, ultra vs high not really much noticeable difference so i am happy with high for better frame rate per second. OS = windows XP SP3

1280 x 1024 and ultra settings around 30fps, now using same resolution, some medium, some low, but model at high, for easy micromanagement + competitive gameplay.
